外資系コンサルティングファームにて、製造業の業務改革・構想策定に従事。ASEAN6カ国にわたる調達業務改革、大手重工業のPLMシステム構想策定、大手重電メーカーの業務改革グランドデザイン、M&A後の組織統合支援など、構想から実行までを一貫してリード。2026年5月、合同会社コンパスを設立。Drove manufacturing transformation at a global consulting firm — procurement reform across six ASEAN subsidiaries, PLM system planning for a major heavy-industry manufacturer, business-reform grand design for a major electric-machinery maker, and post-merger integration. Founded COMPASS, LLC in May 2026.
